NISD salutes its School, Business, and Community Partners

Award plaque with apple; words 'We salute our legendary partners'

Northside ISD celebrated its Outstanding Partners of the Year through a Zoom video conference and the delivery of specially-made signs that recognized eight Partners and two NISD Legends.

Schools annually recognize Campus Partners-of-the-Year in four categories: Outstanding Business or Community Organization; Outstanding Mentor or Individual; Outstanding Coordinator; and Outstanding Partnership Program.

Along with the District Outstanding Partners of the Year, two NISD Legends were also announced. The new award category recognized an individual and a company who went above and beyond during the current health crisis.

The event recognizing District winners is usually held in conjunction with Fine ArtFest, a display of student artwork, but was postponed until June’s virtual honors.
