Based on our initial assessment of District facilities, we are confident that we will be able to resume both virtual and in-person learning on Monday, Feb. 22.
Our maintenance teams and Child Nutrition staff continue to work to ensure all buildings and kitchens are prepared to welcome students and staff and to safely serve nutritious meals. Curbside offerings will continue for virtual learners.
While a supply of bottled water will be available at each campus, we ask that in-person learners bring their own drinking water for use through the school day if at all possible. Water fountains and bottle refill stations will not be operational.
The online student homework support helpline will resume its regular schedule on Saturday, Feb. 20. The helpline is accessible to students through the MyNISD Portal.
