8 composition notebooks
1 pencil pouch
4 packages of paper
Pencil pouch should always contain:
1 large eraser
2 black or blue pens
3 pencils
2 glue sticks
1 package of colored pencils (8 count)
2 highlighters
1 package of washable markers
*NOTE: Additional items may be needed once students/parents meet with teachers.
Student Expectations for 2022-2023
Rebel Dress for Success:
6th grade: Gold/Yellow collared/spirit shirt
7th grade: Green collared/spirit shirt
8th grade: Black collared/spirit shirt
Khaki pants/skirts are allowed. Shorts are not allowed
Students will be expected to…….
- Tuck in their shirts
- Wear a zipper-jacket, Hoodies/pullovers will not be allowed
- Wear a black, green, yellow (gold), white, or gray jacket
- Only natural colored hair will be permitted
Cell Phones:
- Cell phones will be allowed in the gyms in the morning prior to school starting and in cafeteria for breakfast and lunch
- Cell phones will not be allowed in the classrooms for instructional purposes, only district issued electronic devices will be allowed.
- Cell phones or earbuds will not be allowed in the hallways.
Any electronic device violation (cell phone or earbuds) will result in the device being confiscated.
Only parent/guardian will be allowed to retrieve devices.
