Junior & Senior Off Campus Lunch

Juniors and Seniors are eligible to go off campus during their designated lunch period. 

• Print and sign the application below, guardian signature is required. Applications are also available at the front office.

• Taft and Comm Arts students will drop the completed application to their campus front office.  

• Off campus lunch is a privilege, please review the criteria and rules prior to signing the application. 

• Students who are approved for off campus lunch will receive a sticker that will be placed on their student ID. 

• All students will be required to get a new sticker at the end of each grading period if, they pass all classes, have satisfactory attendance and discipline.
