Healthy Habits

The mission of Healthy Habits is to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to practice healthy behaviors as well as to educate students on how to recognize the influence of responsible decision-making on quality of life.

  • 6th-grade students

  • 12-week course

Topics include: Mindfulness, Goal Setting, Relationship Skills, Communication, Personal Hygiene, Social Media, Mental Health, Substance Abuse Prevention & Awareness, E-cigarette & JUUL Prevention  & Awareness
