Once again, Health Careers is the No. 1 high school in the San Antonio area, according to Children at Risk, a Houston-based nonprofit organization that researches and ranks public schools. Clark was No. 6 and O’Connor was No. 8 in the high school rankings. In the elementary category, Fernandez was ranked No. 3 and Scobee was No. 5.

Northside ISD is holding a Transportation Job Fair to fill 200 positions for bus drivers. The job fair will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, May 18 at the Culebra Transportation Station, 7001 Culebra Road.
