Your Future Begins Here!

Together with Northside ISD's CAST Teach High School, the College of Education and Human Development at UTSA is dedicated to providing you with the skills and knowledge needed to be a culturally efficacious educator!

CAST Teach students will have access to University experiences and transferable college credits at UTSA.

 

Dual Enrollment:

Eligible 11th and 12th graders will be dual enrolled in high school and college courses.  They will have the option to take Dual Credit Courses at UTSA.  Transportation is provided from CAST Teach HS.  Students may earn up to 36 hours of transferable college credit before they leave high school. 

 

University Experiences: 

Students at all levels will engage in university experiences at UTSA and beyond, such as: 

  • University Summer Camps
  • University Field Trips
  • Mentors from the College of Education and Human Development
  • Research Opportunities with University students and Professors
