for the 2024-2025 school year.

PTA Board Positions Open for 2024-2025 School Year
President - to plan and organize meetings, committee, and events
Vice-President of Membership - maintain and enter memberships
Vice-President of Fundraising - help come up with fundraising
ideas and implement fundraisers
Vice President of Spirit- Be responsible for all things relating to
Hatchett spirit
Secretary - take and maintain all meeting notes, help coordinate
meetings, be able to assist the president
Treasurer - maintain all financial records and give monthly reports
Parliamentarian - advise the board and serve as ex-officio
Historian - preserves records and achievements
Volunteer Coordinator - maintain communications with volunteers
WATCH DOG- Help maintain the watch dog program to keep our
campus safe
