Calling all Northside employees!
Do you have friends who would make exceptional educators and staff members? It's time to put those friendships to work and earn big while doing it!
Northside's referral program, Got Friends?, allows you to refer talented individuals to join our winning team and earn up to $300 for each successful referral!
How It Works:
Spot potential candidates among your friends, family, or professional circles who have the passion and dedication to make a difference in education.
Encourage them to apply to Northside ISD by visiting: nisd.net/careers. They should mention your name as the referrer.
When they're offered and accept a position with Northside, and successfully complete a minimum of 90 to 150 days (department-dependent), you'll be eligible to receive your referral payment! (Other conditions may apply.)
