Knowlton PTA Mission
Knowlton PTA is committed to encouraging community support for the academic success of our children. PTA Board members are volunteers comprised of parents and faculty working towards meeting the goals outlined in the 2011-2012 budget.

Every Child, One Voice

PTA Membership
Please consider giving your $6.00 support to Knowlton’s PTA. Your $6.00 is all you have to do; this is your support to Knowlton. However, if you want to do more, you can.

Volunteers Wanted
If you have additional time, we are in need of volunteers. To get started, a background check is necessary for the safety of our children. A simple electronic form can be submitted on the NISD website’s homepage. You can also complete a paper form in Knowlton’s Office. Once a form is submitted, it can take up to about 3 weeks for a background check to be completed. You can check on the status of your form with the Office. Remember to always sign-in at the Office when working as a volunteer.

Volunteers are currently needed for the following: Library – shelving books, sharpening pencils, copying, helping teachers with classroom projects.

Knowlton PTA Fundraisers
Cookie Dough Sales – starting in October (more information to come)
