The Maintenance & Operations Department is lead by the Director and Assistant Director of Maintenance. We serve over 130 facilities throughout the District. Services include the maintenance of 15.1 M square feet of condition space and 2,500 acres of sites. These services include:

We consist of 275 Maintenance employees and 750 Custodians with each one playing a vital role and customer service being our top priority.
