are required of 6th graders going into 7th, or any new student
who doesn't have one, who plans on playing sports next year.
Physical
forms must be signed by parents.
***if you got a physical for 7th grade athletics last year,
you don't need a new one, they are good for 2 years (7th and
8th)***
