Student-Parent Handbooks outline the policies and procedures pertaining to student activities and responsibilities as set forth by the Board of Trustees of the Northside Independent School District. Many of the policies covered in the handbooks can be found in the
Board Policy Manual.
All students receive a Student-Parent Handbook at the beginning of each school year, along with an Acknowledgement Form which both student and parent are expected to sign and return to the school.
Elementary handbooks are divided into four parts. All Northside elementary schools use the same handbook.
Secondary handbooks differ from elementary in that each high school or middle school in Northside publishes its own handbook, consisting of four parts. Sections B, C, and D are identical to the Elementary Handbooks. Middle Schools and High Schools have a unique Section A.
