Cindy Holmes has worked for Northside ISD since 1989. She was an Elementary Computer Technologist (ECT) at Fernandez Elementary for 10 years. She moved to the Northside Learning Center in 2000 and became a Software Applications Instructor. She is currently working as an Applications Training Technologist at Central Office.

Her primary duties include:

• Provide software application training (classes, small group and/or individual assistance)
• Provide post training support
• Create, publish and maintain customized training manual
• Assists with online tools (Cognos, Region 20, Web-mail, Technology Work Orders, ERO, SEMS, Facilities Usage training)
