Having attended Glenoaks Elementary, Pat Neff Middle School, and John Marshall High School, and now working for Northside Technology Services, I consider myself a life time member of the Northside Independent School District.

Writing and editing the training guides for the Microsoft Office applications has been my passion for a number of years. I enjoy the writing process and then teaching the classes. I love to learn and help other people learn, and I also like to have fun in the process.

My projects include:

• Writing new training guides for Office 2007
• Creating course pages on eLearn
• Providing classes at the Northside Learning Center
• Offering Jumpstart Training at newly deployed campuses
• Training On Wheels
• Working with CATs (Campus Application Technologist's)
• Training new secretaries on the Gradebook and Cognos
