Once again, Aue Elementary‘s annual Gatorfest was a success. The Aue PTA is so proud to report that overall figures from this year’s event generated more than $43,000 in profits. Funds raised from Gatorfest go directly to support Aue Elementary. (read more...)

The Scholastic Book Fair is finally here. Monday and Tuesday Dec. 2 & 3 are preview days where all classes will come through to look at items and fill out a wishlist. Plan on attending Family Night on Thursday, Dec. 5, 2013 from 3:00 to 8:00 PM. The Book Fair will close at 12:00 PM on Friday 12/6/13 in order to tear down.

Congratulations Ursula Silberschlag for being awarded the ExCEL Award given by KENS5-TV and San Antonio Federal Credit Union! She was given a golden apple and a check for $1000.00 at Aue's Constitution Day Assembly. We are so proud of you!

As NISD embarks on another school year, we are also looking at the future impact of thousands more children and the need for more schools and for upgrades to current ones. Part of the solution may be to have a School Bond Election in 2014. [read more]
