Mrs. Muñoz has been part of Northside ISD since 2009. She began her teaching career as a Kinder and First grade teacher at Langley ES and was a Reading Specialist at Westwood Terrace for six years. She then served as an Admin Intern at Cable ES and Associate Principal at Powell ES before coming to Knowlton ES to serve as Associate Principal.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Master's in Literacy Education from the University of Texas at San Antonio as well as a Master's in Educational Leadership from the University of Texas at Tyler.
Building strong relationships with the students, staff and the community at Knowlton is at the forefront of her work.
La Sra. Muñoz ha sido parte del Distrito Independiente de Northside desde el 2009. Comenzó su carrera como maestra de Kinder y Primer Grado en la Primaria Langley y fue Especialista en Lectura en la Primaria Westwood Terrace durante seis años. Luego se desempeñó como Pasante de Directora en la Primaria Cable y Subdirectora en la Primaria Powell antes de llegar a la Primaria Knowlton para servir como Subdirectora.
Ella tiene una licenciatura en Estudios Interdisciplinarios y una Maestría en Educación de Alfabetización de la Universidad de Texas en San Antonio, así como una Maestría en Liderazgo Educativo de la Universidad de Texas en Tyler.
