Students involved in choir learn proper singing technique, the importance of responsibility, teamwork and also develop self-confidence. There will be a variety of performance opportunities throughout the school year that will occur in various locations. Choir is a year-long commitment and is offered to third, fourth and fifth grade students.

This year's levy to fund maintenance and operations expenditures exceeds last year's maintenance and operations tax levy.
Northside Independent School District ADOPTED A TAX RATE THAT WILL RAISE MORE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS THAN LAST YEAR'S TAX RATE.
THE TAX RATE WILL EFFECTIVELY BE RAISED BY 1.05 PERCENT AND WILL RAISE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS ON A $100,000 HOME BY APPROXIMATELY $30.00.
