About Our Social Studies Department

The Clark Social Studies department provides courses for high school students of all ability levels, and student-centered learning is a top priority in all our classrooms. We offer many courses and activities for students who want to challenge themselves or earn college credit while in high school.

Clark Social Studies offers 8 Advanced Placement courses, 3 of which are electives. We also participate in Academic Decathlon and compete in two Model UN simulations each year, one held locally at Trinity University and another at the actual UN in New York City.
