About the Organization
Academic Decathlon is a 10-event scholastic competition for teams of high school students. Each team consists of 9 students; 3 "A" or Honor students, 3 "B" of or Scholastic students, and 3 "C" or Varsity students. While participation in competitions is not required, the primary goal of AcDec is to help students prepare for the Regional AcDec Meet. Meetings will be a combination of food, fellowship, and focused time to learn about this year's topic - the American Revolution.
