A running club for 2nd - 5th graders that covers nutrition, exercise and stretching. We run 1 mile at each meeting and our goal is to run the equivalent of four marathons to earn Nike prizes. As coaches our mission is to encourage a love for being active and running for a lifetime.

This year's levy to fund maintenance and operations expenditures exceeds last year's maintenance and operations tax levy.
Northside Independent School District ADOPTED A TAX RATE THAT WILL RAISE MORE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS THAN LAST YEAR'S TAX RATE.
THE TAX RATE WILL EFFECTIVELY BE RAISED BY 1.05 PERCENT AND WILL RAISE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS ON A $100,000 HOME BY APPROXIMATELY $30.00.
