The Harlan Hawk Color guard is an extensive part of the Harlan Hawk Marching Band in the Fall, while in the Spring it is its own competitive entity. This group uses equipment such as flags, rifles, and sabers to provide a visual/dance aspect to marching. In the Spring, the color guard competes at state-wide competitions and has won numerous awards. You do not have to have any experience at all to join! On top of everything, the color guard is a highly spirited group that has socials such as pool parties and cookouts!
