"HOSA-Future Health Professionals, is a global student-led organization recognized by the U.S. Department of Education, the Department of Health and Human Services and several federal and state agencies that is specifically dedicated to preparing students for successful careers in the medical industry. The mission of HOSA is to empower its student members 'to become leaders in the global health community through education, collaboration, and experience.' Through participation, students quickly build teamwork and communication skills. Students will also have the opportunity to take on leadership roles as officers at the campus, local, state, or even national level. Along with interpersonal skills, HOSA will help students perfect their hands-on healthcare skills through the HOSA Competitive Events Program" as well as access to member only scholarship opportunities. Currently, HOSA-LMS meets on the 2nd & 4th Tuesdays of the month at 0815 in room B217. 

 

Competition online testing begins 11/15/21. Must be a paid HOSA member to participate.
