Amazing Aue Families,
The Texas Legislature passed Senate Bill-12 recently, and it went into effect on September 1, 2025. It concerns Parental Required Consent for Health-Related Services.
In September families should have been emailed a form to fill out giving parents the option to give or decline parental consent for your child(ren) to receive health and mental health services at school. If you have already given consent for health and mental health related services, we thank you!
If you did NOT receive this email, that is ok, because you are still able to decline or give consent by emailing the Aue school nurse, Nurse Jennifer, and let her know your wishes regarding the care of your child. Her email is jennifer.agarwal@nisd.net.
