Parents, we are solidly in STAAR test season. Our Elrod Eagles and teachers have been working hard to make sure they are ready.
STAAR testing begins on April 14, 2026. During the days prior to the testing our teachers and specialists have arranged activities that are not only fun but review many ideas and concepts our young Eagles have learned over the years. They are STAAR ready!!!!
Tuesday, April 14th ~ Third, Fourth, and Fifth Grade STAAR Reading/Language Arts
Wednesday, April 21rd ~ Fifth Grade STAAR Science
Tuesday, April 28th ~ Third, Fourth, and Fifth Grade STAAR Mathematics
Please remember to make sure that your child gets plenty of rest, has a good breakfast, and arrives no later than 7:45 am on the day of testing. All parents, ECSE to fifth grade, please be aware that because of test security measures, visitors are not allowed on the campus on testing days including lunch visits. Please make sure that grandparents and other family members are aware of this notice.
