Students interested in attending Irene L. Chavez Excel Academy for the 2026-2027 school year may now apply.
To be eligible, students must:
- Be in their fourth year of high school
- Live within Northside ISD and provide proof of residency
- Be 17 years of age or older
- Have a minimum of 17 credits at the time of application
- Have passed or be exempt from all required STAAR/EOC assessments
- Meet all additional admissions requirements verified by their home campus counselor
