I am an instructional leader, and I strive to maintain a positive classroom and school wide atmosphere so students can learn and teachers can teach.

As Principal, I assist in assigning work responsibilities and duties to faculty and staff. I also anticipate the needs for the campus and help plan for the future.

I look forward to building strong relationships with parents, students and community partners. I am committed to ensuring that every Hobby Middle School student receives the very best education possible, and that all students and their families realize they are an important part of our success.

Please know that my door is always open. Feel free to stop in, call, or email me to discuss any concerns, suggestions or ideas to help make this year the best year yet!

As principal, I have set the following goals for myself:
1. Create a safe and orderly environment at Hobby.
2. Create a climate of high expectations for success.
3. Be an instructional leader to staff and students.
4. Have a clear and focused mission.
5. Create an opportunity for students to learn and time on task.
6. Monitor student progress
7. Create positive home and school relations

This is my 23rd year in Education and for the last seven years I have had the opportunity to work at Hobby Middle School as an administrator.

Please know that my door is always open for parents and students. I look forward to serving this great community in any way I can.
