Northside Offers Summer HS Credit Advancement
Northside ISD is offering current 8th graders the opportunity to earn HS credits this summer in PE and/or Health.
The Summer Credit Advancement (CAdv) Program provides current 8th graders (2026-2027 9th graders) with an opportunity to accelerate eligible HS credit(s). The program is tuition-based and will be conducted via a hybrid learning environment (both in-person & virtual learning required) with the exception of PE, in which students must attend the specific summer campus in-person daily.
Summer CAdv is a supplemental program apart from the regular instructional school year. Summer CAdv students should have the ability to independently navigate a rigorous, fast-paced course curriculum and self-advocate when needing academic assistance.
More detailed information is available online at this link: https://app.smore.com/n/bwrsd Registration is open until May 1, and families can contact campus counselors for more information, including eligibility for tuition waivers.
