Mrs. Marcha has been in education for 26 years and 21 of those years have been in NISD. Mrs. Marcha taught middle school math at the Northside Alternative School and Hobby Middle School. For the last 15 years, she has served as the Academic Dean at Jordan Middle School. Mrs. Marcha loves the Jordan community, the faculty and staff, but most importantly, she loves the students we serve.

Mrs. Marcha is a proud NISD graduate of Taft High School.  She and her husband are proud parents of 3 children, two of whom have graduated from NISD schools and one who is currently a student in NISD.  Her daughter Bailee is currently a Special Education teacher in Chicago. She will be returning to Texas this summer to obtain a doctorate from the University of Texas in Learning Disabilities and Behavioral Disorders. Her oldest son, Nicholas, is proudly serving in the

U. S. Air Force and is currently working on obtaining his bachelor's degree in education. Her youngest son, Arni is a 3rd grader and loves learning about historical events and playing football, basketball, and soccer.
