2nd Grade

Hello, my name is Mrs. Galindo! This will be my 20th year teaching. I have taught Kinder, First, and Second Grade. I love spending time with family and friends, traveling, hiking outdoors, and visiting Disney Parks.

I'm so excited to be your second-grade teacher! I know Second Grade will be your most magical school year. 

My name is Ms. Boisselier, but many of my students affectionately call me Ms. B. With over 20 years of experience as an educator and a Masters in Education, I have had the privilege of working with students of all ages at the elementary level.

Teaching young students is where my true passion lies. Their enthusiasm and growth truly bring me joy. On a personal note, I am a proud mother of two adult boys and share my home with my husband and two lovely female dogs. Spending quality time with my family, especially with my first grandson, whether it's watching movies, having game nights, or simply bonding over a cookout, is an absolute delight for me.

I am grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with parents and look forward to working together to create a positive and engaging learning environment for our students.

Hello! My name is Stephanie Miller. I graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2013 with my bachelors degree in education. I was born and raised in Houston, Texas, and I am a huge Texans fan. I’m a fur mama with 2 amazing dogs, Axel & Rosie. I love to spend my time adventuring with my family, cooking new dishes, and working out. I believe in the importance of building strong relationships with my students and their families by creating a supportive and inclusive classroom community.

Many students and parents call me Ms. Dillon and know me as their former Kindergarten teacher. I taught various grade levels prior to teaching Second Grade. I am so excited to see what this year brings as I head into my thirteenth year of teaching!

Not only have I been fortunate to teach for a significant period, but I have also had the privilege of being a part of the Kallison staff when the campus opened in 2017. Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to fostering a love for learning and to create lasting memories and meaningful connections.

While I do dedicate countless hours towards teaching, you can ask any of my students and they will tell you that my dog is my world and a big part of my life outside of the classroom. I enjoy spending time out of the classroom with friends and family traveling, going to the beach, and taking photos to capture memories. 

Hi! My name is Lorelei Morris and I am a 2nd grade teacher here at Kallison. I was fortunate to win First Year Educator of the Year my first year and this will be my 6th year at Kallison. I love teaching and making a difference in the lives of my students. I believe in building relationships with my students and their families while making sure that we are doing our best to succeed at school. I am a graduate of UTSA and was a student of NISD my entire childhood life. On a personal note, I am married to a wonderful husband and have 5 children also including my grandsons. I enjoy spending time with my family, watching my daughter play sports and relaxing on days off.

My name is Catherine Garcia, and I am excited to be your child’s 2nd grade teacher this year! This will be my 13th year teaching, and I truly cannot imagine doing anything else. I have previously taught Kindergarten for 3 years and 1st grade for 2 years. I love helping students learn, grow, and gain confidence each day.
 

A little about me — I have a 24-year-old daughter named Jennifer and a 20-year-old son named Andrez. Our family also includes our three pets: Knox, our 3-year-old Schnauzer/Maltese mix, Juno, our 1-year-old Terrier mix, and Milo, our 1-year-old short-haired tabby cat.

This summer was filled with relaxing and spending quality time with family and pets. I enjoyed watching movies and Netflix, tutoring, working out, and preparing for another wonderful school year.

I am looking forward to getting to know each of you and making this an exciting, successful, and memorable year in 2nd grade! Thank you for sharing your child with me — I can’t wait for an awesome year together!
