LaNeil Belko - Principal
LaNeil Belko graduated from Southwest Texas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Education degree. She earned her Master of Science degree in Elementary Administration from Texas A & I University.
Mrs. Belko has been an educator for 33 years; all of it in Northside ISD. She began her career at John Glenn ES in 1987. She taught 2nd and 3rd grade for three years. She then opened Brauchle ES where she taught 3rd and 4th grade for thirteen years. She transitioned to Vice Principal at Brauchle where she served for three years. Mrs. Belko then opened Wanke ES as the Vice Principal where she served one year. In 2007, she was hired as the principal at Dean H. Krueger ES. Mrs. Belko is in her thirteenth year as principal at Krueger.
At Krueger, our mission is to develop a child-centered learning environment that promotes high expectations. Students, families, staff and community will actively participate in guiding students to strive for personal excellence, while preparing them to be responsible, respectful and productive citizens.

Kirsten Velasquez - Vice Principal

Kirsten Velasquez graduated from Southwest Texas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Education Degree. She later earned her Elementary Administration Degree from Concordia University.Mrs. Velasquez has been an educator for 24 years. She started her career as a Special Education teacher at Braun Station Elementary. While there she continued to teach and lead her team as the Special Ed. Campus Coordinator. In 2005 she helped open Dean H. Krueger Elementary as a Special Education Teacher and Special Ed. Coordinator. In the Spring of 2013, she transitioned to Vice Principal. She is currently in her seventh year as Vice Principal at Krueger.
