Project ACORN

Have you heard of our wonderful new club called Project ACORN? It's a tuition-based after school program for 4th and 5th grade students.

Our club focuses on:

  • Learning about native plants and how they can benefit our campus
  • Studying plants and creating our very own Krueger vegetable garden
  • Learning about the Monarch butterflies and how we can help them thrive by working in a pollinator garden
  • Discovering how to be science leaders on our campus and how we can help other students

Tax Rate Notice
This year's levy to fund maintenance and operations expenditures exceeds last year's maintenance and operations tax levy.
Northside Independent School District ADOPTED A TAX RATE THAT WILL RAISE MORE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS THAN LAST YEAR'S TAX RATE.
THE TAX RATE WILL EFFECTIVELY BE RAISED BY 1.05 PERCENT AND WILL RAISE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS ON A $100,000 HOME BY APPROXIMATELY $30.00.
