The Krueger 5 th graders have the opportunity to join the Krueger Recorder Ensemble which rehearses on Fridays @ 7:10 a.m. in the music room. The Recorder Ensemble is open to all fifth graders that have mastered the brown and black belts in music class. This ensemble will give interested soprano recorder instrumentalists a chance to play more challenging music in four-part harmony. Interested advanced players may be offered an opportunity to play the Alto recorder as well. The Recorder Ensemble will perform several concerts during the year.
Recorder Performance Dates:
Rehearsals begin – Friday, Sept. 20, 2024 @ 7:10 a.m. in the music room. Literacy Night – Thursday, Dec. 5, 2024 @ 5:30 p.m. – in the Krueger Rotunda. The recorder ensemble will be playing holiday music for this event.
