PK/Kinder Roundup
Come join us Thursday, January 22, 2026 in the Bob Lewis Library.
Time: 4:00-6:00
We are so excited for the upcoming year with your future Pre Kindergartener or Kindergartener!
You will have time to complete your registration forms online registration at roundup. Laptops will be available for your use. To expedite the registration process, please keep all forms and copies inside the manila folder given to you.
Station#1 : Document Verification / Documents Copied
Please provide the following documents for registration:
Proof of Residence Documents:
- Current lease showing your name as the lessee, name of the landlord and contact information. Signature of lessee and landlord or electronic signature statement must also be on the lease
- Current Utility Bi l - landline only - electricity, water, or cable
If you do not have the above listed items, you will be able to continue with registration today, however we will provide you with information on how to submit the required Affidavit of Residence.
Birth Certificate:
- State issued certificate with seal
- No hospital certificates or Verification of Birth Facts
Station #2 : Campus Nurse/ Immunization Records Review:
- Updated immunizations must be provided
- Medical Documentation can be supplied
- NISD dictates what immunizations must be given on specific timelines. Our nurse will advise you of any discrepancies in your records and the timeframe you have to provide additional proof of immunization.
Station #3: Questions/Information:
- Pick up QR Code to give us information on your child
- Learning Tree - Afterschool Care
- PTA Involvement
Station #4: PK and Kinder Classroom Viewing:
- Join us to get a snapshot glimpse of a kinder classroom
*** IF YOU ARE MISSING CURRENT IMMUNIZATIONS, A COPY OF YOUR STUDENT’S BIRTH CERTIFICATE, OR DO NOT PRESENT ANY PROOF OF RESIDENCE AT ENROLLMENT, YOUR REGISTRATION FOLDER WILL BE PUT IN “PENDING COMPLETION” STATUS AND YOUR STUDENT WILL NOT BE PLACED ON A CLASS LIST UNTIL THE MISSING DOCUMENTATION IS RECEIVED.
