Our Second Grade Lieck Lions grow through high quality instruction and meaningful experiences. In Second Grade, we scaffold learning to meet individual needs, classroom goals and district expectations. Our students will meet their reading goals through explicit and systematic phonics instruction, making connections to what we read, and engaging in deeper thinking. Students are given opportunities to partake in hands-on activities and real life examples to further their understanding of mathematical concepts. We look forward to guiding our Lions in becoming lifelong learners in this ever-changing world.
