Solar Cars is a non-tuition-based after-school science enrichment program for fifth-grade students. Students will build engineering skills as they work in teams to design and build a working solar car model. Students will apply scientific knowledge, creativity, and grit to work on this exciting engineering task!  This club is for 4th and 5th grade students.

This year's levy to fund maintenance and operations expenditures exceeds last year's maintenance and operations tax levy.
Northside Independent School District ADOPTED A TAX RATE THAT WILL RAISE MORE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS THAN LAST YEAR'S TAX RATE.
THE TAX RATE WILL EFFECTIVELY BE RAISED BY 1.05 PERCENT AND WILL RAISE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS ON A $100,000 HOME BY APPROXIMATELY $30.00.
