Vicki Kilpatrick
Vicki Kilpatrick - Principal
I am truly honored to serve as the Principal of McAndrew Elementary. I was born and raised here in San Antonio and am a product of Northside. I received my Bachelors Degree from St. Maryโ€™s University and my Masters Degree from The University of Texas at San Antonio (Go Runners!). This is my 28th year in education, and my 7th year serving as Principal in Northside. I have had the privilege of teaching at different campuses all across this district but I truly believe that McAndrew is such a special campus! I strive to create a learning community where all students are learning at high levels and creating positive experiences for our students and families. Thank you for entrusting me and our staff with your childโ€™s education.

My name is Lindsay Kent, and I am blessed and honored to serve as your Associate Principal. Prior to this position, I was a classroom teacher for eight years in the Houston area and at Murnin Elementary. I also served for three years as the campus Reading Specialist at Brauchle Elementary. Most recently I worked in the Office of Curriculum & Instruction as a part of the Elementary Reading Department. I am also the Associate Principal at Helotes Elementary.

My husband and I live in Helotes with our two daughters. As a parent myself, I understand the importance of having our children receive a high-quality education. I assure you that here in Northside and at McAndrew Elementary, we strive to make every child successful.

I became an educator because I believe that through relationships and high expectations, we can help to positively shape the future! I love working with our staff, students, and families to help each child reach his/her full potential.

Iโ€™m looking forward to a great year! Please donโ€™t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns. Iโ€™m here to support our Highlanders in any way that I can!
