Students will build engineering skills as they work individually in-person or virtually in small groups to design, test, redesign, retest, and eventually create a working Rube Goldberg machine that performs a simple task. Students will apply scientific knowledge, creativity, and grit to work through each challenge.

 

STEAM team will begin accepting applications from 3rd graders that are interested during the Spring.

This year's levy to fund maintenance and operations expenditures exceeds last year's maintenance and operations tax levy.
Northside Independent School District ADOPTED A TAX RATE THAT WILL RAISE MORE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS THAN LAST YEAR'S TAX RATE.
THE TAX RATE WILL EFFECTIVELY BE RAISED BY 1.05 PERCENT AND WILL RAISE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS ON A $100,000 HOME BY APPROXIMATELY $30.00.
