Hello Bobcat Families,

My name is Jennifer Escamilla and it is an honor to serve as the Meadow Village Principal. This is my 6th year to call Meadow Village my home, and my 17th year as an educator in Northside. I obtained my Masters of Education in Educational Leadership from Lamar University in 2011, and continue my love of learning everyday.

At Meadow Village, we have high expectations for students and believe every child is capable of greatness. Capturing Kids’ Hearts (CKH) is one of the key components used on our campus to help us continually work towards maintaining a positive learning environment for students and staff. CKH focuses on building a strong culture as well as strong relationships with students, staff and parents through respectfulness, communication, and engagement. Please follow us on Twitter (@NISDMeadowVill) and Facebook to see more of our “Good Things” and all the wonderful things happening on our campus.

I am committed to always exploring new ways to meet the needs of all students and to effectively communicate with parents and community members. Please know my door is always open. Let us always keep our students the primary focus of our work, so we can provide the very best educational experience to each and every child. I look forward to having a long and rewarding relationship with you and your family!

Hello Bobcats!

My name is Jessica Lundquist and I am proud to be the Associate Principal at Meadow Village Elementary. I love that I get to work with an amazing group of students, teachers, and staff!

I earned my Masters of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of Texas Permian Basin in 2011. Prior to becoming the Associate Principal, I had the privilege to serve MVE as a Math Specialist for 2 years. My other experiences as an educator for the past 11 years include being an Instructional Coach, Curriculum Trainer, and classroom teacher. As an educator, I strive to create a learning community that creates the greatest impact for students and their academic success. I believe in having high expectations for all students and to help instill in them a love of learning and perseverance.

Alongside Mrs. Escamilla, I hope to continue the legacy of building strong relationships with students, parents, and staff. Together, I know we will have an incredible year!
