Having previously served as Meadow Village's Associate Principal, I am grateful for the opportunity to continue supporting the students, staff, and community that make our school such a great place to learn and grow. Throughout my career in education, I have worked with students across all elementary grade levels, gaining valuable experience and a deep appreciation for the unique strengths of every child.
I am passionate about creating a positive school culture where students feel safe, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential. I believe strong partnerships between students, families, staff, and the community are essential to student success.
It is a privilege to serve the Meadow Village community, and I look forward to working alongside our students, staff, families, and community partners as we continue to help every Bobcat learn, grow, and succeed. I welcome your questions, ideas, and feedback. My door is always open.

Hello! My name is Crystal Garcia and I am honored to serve as the Associate Principal of Meadow Village Elementary School.
With over a decade of experience in education as both a classroom teacher and campus administrator, I am passionate about helping every student reach their fullest potential. I believe the elementary years are the foundation for a lifetime of learning, and I am committed to ensuring that every child feels encouraged, challenged, and celebrated each day.
As an educator, I am passionate about building meaningful relationships, supporting teachers, and creating opportunities for all students to grow academically, socially, and emotionally. I believe that when students know they are valued and capable, they can accomplish incredible things.
I am excited to join the Meadow Village family and look forward to getting to know our students and families throughout the school year. I value the partnership between home and school and welcome families to reach out with any questions, ideas, or suggestions.
