Candace Maldonado
Candace Maldonado - Principal
Hello Bobcat families! My name is Candace Maldonado, and I am honored to serve as the Principal for Meadow Village Elementary School.

I began my career in Northside ISD at Adams Hill Elementary where I taught third grade. My path then led me to Valley Hi where I taught fourth grade and later became an academic specialist. After that I served as the Associate Principal for Cable Elementary School and then Valley Hi Elementary School.

I feel fortunate to have the opportunity to lead this amazing staff, and I am so proud to be a part of such a wonderful community.

Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family. We love to camp and explore the great outdoors! I am married to my high school sweetheart, and we have two boys. We also have three dogs-two pugs and a catahoula-who love going on adventures with us.

I am looking forward to working with the Meadow Village students, staff, families, and community. Please feel free to contact me if you ever have concerns, questions, or suggestions-my door is always open!

GO BOBCATS!

Hello Bobcat families! My name is Jill Garcia, and I am honored to serve as the Associate Principal for Meadow Village Elementary School.

I'm thrilled to be a part of the Meadow Village community. My journey in education started 14 years ago in Northside ISD. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with students at all elementary grade levels, gaining valuable experience and insights along the way.

Outside of school I enjoy spending time outside with my family. I have two daughters and a husband who is a Northside Coach.

What truly inspires me about working in education is the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of our students and the wider community. I firmly believe that every child deserves a quality education and a supportive learning environment. As an Associate Principal, I am committed to fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere where students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. As an Associate Principal, I am dedicated to working collaboratively with Meadow Village students, families, and staff. If you ever have any concerns, questions, or suggestions, please don't hesitate to reach out. I am always here to help.
