NISD Honors its School, Business, and Community Partners

As part of National Volunteer Month, Northside ISD hosted its annual Outstanding Partner of the Year event. It was a powerful reminder that when a community works together to support its schools, the momentum is truly unstoppable.

The event celebrated the hundreds of volunteers and business partners whose dedication enriches the lives of thousands of NISD students. During the event, eight district-wide winners were recognized, and two Superintendent award winners. For the first time ever, all 164 nominees walked across the stage. They were recognized by Superintendent Dr. John Craft, members of the NISD Board of Trustees, and their family and friends in the audience.

From mentoring students and helping fund field trips to providing holiday meals and professional development, these extraordinary volunteers are a driving force behind students’ success.
