Stacey Winton - Principal
Hello Oak Hills Terrace families! My name is Stacey Winton and I am honored to begin my second year as the Principal at Oak Hills Terrace Elementary School. The 2023-2024 school year will be my eighteenth year in education and fifteenth year with Northside ISD. I began my career in North East ISD at Windcrest Elementary School where I taught Fourth Grade for three years. In 2009, I came to Northside ISD and taught Fourth and Fifth Grade at Carlos Coon Elementary for 6 years. While at Carlos Coon Elementary, I began working on my Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership through the UTSA/NISD Cohort. I served as the Administrator Intern at Colonies North Elementary School for one year and as the Associate Principal at Valley Hi Elementary School for five and a half years before coming to Oak Hills Terrace. In the Fall of 2019, I returned to UTSA to begin the Superintendent Certificate program. After successfully completing this program during the Summer of 2020, I began working on my Doctorate in the Educational Leadership Program at UTSA.

I am a native Texan and have lived in San Antonio for my entire life. I graduated from Madison High School and earned my Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, and Superintendent Certification from UTSA. I am a very proud UTSA Alumna and try to attend as many Roadrunner football games as I can. Of course, I also love my San Antonio Spurs! In my spare time, I love to travel, shop, and spend time with my family, friends, and dogs.

I am looking forward to another year of working with the Oak Hills Terrace staff, students, and families. As a campus our mission is to “Transform learning to meet the diverse needs of our students”. Our vision is that “All students are successful”.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any suggestions, questions, or concerns.

Hello OHT Owls! My name is Anna Villanueva and I am proud to serve this community as your Associate Principal. This will be my 16th year in education. I began my career in 2009 just around the corner as a teacher at Leon Valley Elementary. During my time there, I taught Pre-K, Kinder, 1st and 3rd grade.

In December of 2022, I graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio, in partnership with the Northside ISD Cohort #7, and obtained my Master's Degree in Educational Leadership. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from St. Mary's University in 2009.

I love to read, spend time with family & friends and cook for my loved ones. I am the proud mother of 2 Northside students and have been married for 11 years. I am a San Antonio native but have called many places my home. I am so thankful Oak Hills Terrace Elementary has become my new home.

I firmly believe with the right support around them, every child can find success. I look forward to continuing to develop partnerships with parents, families and our community so we can support all our OHT Owls.
