We are a team of dedicated and caring 5th grade teachers who implement depth and complexity icons and depth of knowledge questioning in all subjects. We ensure that our 5th grade students are engaged with well-planned activities such as Einstein Day, STEM projects, math, reading, and science Texas Essential Knowledge (TEK) based rotations, as well as Colonial Day and Civil War Day. We strive to ensure that our students are prepared academically and socially for future endeavors.


Tax Rate Notice
This year's levy to fund maintenance and operations expenditures exceeds last year's maintenance and operations tax levy.
Northside Independent School District ADOPTED A TAX RATE THAT WILL RAISE MORE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS THAN LAST YEAR'S TAX RATE.
THE TAX RATE WILL EFFECTIVELY BE RAISED BY 1.05 PERCENT AND WILL RAISE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS ON A $100,000 HOME BY APPROXIMATELY $30.00.
