PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE
Thank you to everyone who came out to our Elective Fair on Thursday. It was great to see so many students and families exploring the electives, clubs, and programs that Rayburn has to offer. If you were unable to attend, more information will be shared over the next few months as we prepare for students to select their courses in January and February. In the meantime, if you have specific questions or would like additional information, please reach out to our Counseling Department.
On Tuesday, November 11, we will celebrate Veterans Day. We are honored to have David Salcido, NISD Board Secretary, join us as our guest speaker while we recognize and honor our veterans. Families are invited to attend and enjoy our student performances beginning at 9:30 a.m. Contact the front office for more information.
We have two weeks left before Thanksgiving Break. We encourage all students to continue attending school every day they are able, as learning and progress will continue through the holidays.
Have a great weekend, and thank you for your continued partnership and support.

On Thursday, our 6th grade students embarked on an unforgettable journey to the Scobee Planetarium, where they immersed themselves in hands-on STEM experiences. From launching into a simulated mission to Mars to exploring a variety of space-related careers, students were engaged, curious, and full of wonder. The visit sparked new interests and opened doors to future possibilities in science, technology, engineering, and math. Weโre proud to see our young explorers dreaming big and reaching for the stars!
