- Identifying summer enrichment programs, internships, or volunteer work to bolster applications.
- Leading Collaborative Study Groups (CSGs) for younger AVID students; peer-reviewing senior essays.
- End-of-year reflection on growth; setting specific SMART goals for the first 90 days of Senior year.
