*Distinguish between guidance and abuse

*Implement constructive and creative play strategies

*Create and implement activities for the development of sensory, physical and motor skills in infants

Unit 5 (continued): Weeks 19-21

*Create and implement activities for the development of language and social skills in infants

*Create and implement lesson plans for the development of physical, vocabulary and language skills in toddlers

Description of Project: The students will be able to identify the NAEYC guidelines for ethical behavior of teachers in early childhood classrooms.

Description of Project: The students will be able to analyze case studies to discuss appropriate health and safety of children in early childhood classrooms.
