Required Project Options:

Option 1: Nutrient Flip Book

Description: The students will create a foldable using class textbook or online resources for each nutrient.

 

Option 2: Food Preparation Technique Analysis

Description: Students will create a google slide that analyzes an assigned food preparation technique for its potential health benefits or challenges.

Required Project:

Project: Fad Diet Brochure

Description: Students will research a fad diet and create a brochure about the diet. Students will present their assigned diet and students will review the brochures and will perform an analysis of 3 diets.
