Hello, Villarreal Jaguars! Welcome to Art!

My name is Angie Borden, and I have proudly been part of Villarreal Elementary since 2002. I am passionate about integrating Fine Arts into both our campus and the district as a whole. I am committed to supporting my discovery team, ensuring they have the resources and encouragement needed to thrive.

While my focus is on visual arts, I also have a love for music and teach violin to elementary students in my spare time after school. During the summer, I contribute to leading district-level art camps for Title I campuses. Most recently, I applied for a community grant to enhance and beautify our school’s front entrance by installing community flower beds.

I’m excited to share my love for the arts with you!

This year's levy to fund maintenance and operations expenditures exceeds last year's maintenance and operations tax levy.
Northside Independent School District ADOPTED A TAX RATE THAT WILL RAISE MORE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS THAN LAST YEAR'S TAX RATE.
THE TAX RATE WILL EFFECTIVELY BE RAISED BY 1.05 PERCENT AND WILL RAISE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS ON A $100,000 HOME BY APPROXIMATELY $30.00.
