Our Wernli Wildcat News Crew reports our school daily news on our morning announcements. Students are assigned a weekly job including news anchors, script, or director. 

The WWN TV crew is made up of five 5th grade students. Students help for up to 8 weeks throughout the school year. Applications are given to 4th grade students in May for the next school year and again in December to current 5th grade students.

 


Tax Rate Notice
This year's levy to fund maintenance and operations expenditures exceeds last year's maintenance and operations tax levy.
Northside Independent School District ADOPTED A TAX RATE THAT WILL RAISE MORE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS THAN LAST YEAR'S TAX RATE.
THE TAX RATE WILL EFFECTIVELY BE RAISED BY 1.05 PERCENT AND WILL RAISE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS ON A $100,000 HOME BY APPROXIMATELY $30.00.
