She is a Nebraska native who came to San Antonio to attend
Trinity University. At Trinity, she received her Bachelors' Degree in Education
and her Masters Degree in School Psychology. She completed her Administration
requirements while doing work in the Education Leadership EdD program at the
University of Texas in San Antonio. Ms. Allain has three daughters who attended
Northside Schools. Her husband is a Special Education Coordinator in Northside.
She has taught Pre-Kindergarten, Elementary, Middle School, High School and
College level courses during her thirty plus years in Education. Ms. Allain's greatest
joy is being able to learn every day beside her students, educators and families.

My educational background includes over 10 years in ELA as a General Education Teacher, Reading Specialist, Department Coordinator, and an Intervention Specialist. I received my Bachelors from the University of Incarnate Word, my Masters in Reading and Literacy from UTSA, and my Principal Certification from Lamar University. I'm proud to say that both of my children are attending Northside ISD schools, as we are the premier district in San Antonio.
