As the vice principal at Zachry Middle School, my goal is to create a nurturing environment by building strong relationships with each of our students. My educational background includes over 10 years in ELA as a General Education Teacher, Reading Specialist, Department Coordinator, and an Intervention Specialist. I received my Bachelors from the University of Incarnate Word, my Masters in Reading and Literacy from UTSA, and my Principal Certification from Lamar University. I'm proud to say that both of my children are attending Northside ISD schools, as we are the premier district in San Antonio.

Juliana Molina - Academic Dean
As the Academic Dean at Zachry, my goal is to meet the needs of all students through learning. I am a San Antonio native and graduate from Baylor University. I have been an educator for almost 20 years. I have been an administrator in Northside for the last 7 years. I was fortunate to become the Assistant Principal here at Zachry and am now the Academic Dean. I love the students, staff, and families here at Zachry. I look forward to continuing working and supporting everyone involved with Zachry.

As a lifetime learner and creative techie, the newest NISD Magnet School Dean is a perfect fit! I grew up in Colorado and over several years earned my Associates from San Antonio College, Bachelors from Texas State University, and a Masters in Educational Technology Leadership from Lamar University. Beginning my NISD career in 1999 as a secretary propelled me through a handful of roles in middle and high school campuses as well as a few departments within the district. As a part of the NISD family, I've had the unique opportunity to be the teacher of my oldest son for two years and an administrator at my daughters high school for three years, and as of yet, my youngest son has not had the same "going to school with mom" opportunities as his siblings. I look forward to the continued growth and unique learning opportunities in the coming years as a Wolverine!
