Northside Libraries are the heart of each school community, creating meaningful and diverse learning opportunities, nurturing in our students a love for reading and learning, and developing in them the skills necessary to fully participate in society.
Library Information and Visits
Adams Hill Library is open from 7:15am-2:50pm every day.
Checkout Limits for Students
- Students in PreK visit once every eight days with their class for a book check out and activity
- Students in Kinder-2nd visit the library for a lesson/activity every eight days during Discovery time in addition to visiting the library with their own class to check out 1 book at a time every six days
- Students in 3rd-5th visit the library to check out 2 books at a time and also engage in a lesson/activity every eight days during Discovery time
Checkout Limits for Parents
- Parents can create an account at the library with a picture id. Active accounts will allow for a total of 5 items to be checked out at a time. A parent account is separate from a student account, and the parent must be present to check out materials on their own account.

Hello and Welcome to our Library! My name is Jeanette Hughes and I am the Librarian at Adams Hill Elementary School. I am so excited to have joined the proud Patriot family! This year will mark my 24th year in education.
